The fastest way to reach us is by phone. Call (504) 905-8399 at any hour. We answer 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including nights, weekends and holidays, because arrests and court deadlines do not keep business hours.

What to expect when you call
When you call, we will start by listening. We will ask a few basic questions so we can understand your situation:
- your name and the best way to reach you;
- what you or your loved one was charged with, or what you are worried about;
- where the arrest or ticket happened, which tells us the parish and court;
- whether anyone is in custody now, and whether bail has been set;
- any upcoming court dates or deadlines.
From there, we will explain the next steps and set up a free, confidential consultation, in person at our Kenner office or remotely. There is no obligation to hire us.
What should you bring to your consultation?
Bring whatever paperwork you have. You do not need everything, but these items help us give you better answers:
- the ticket, citation or summons;
- bond or bail papers and any release conditions;
- court notices or letters from the court or district attorney;
- after a DWI arrest, the receipt the officer gave you for your license;
- any protective order papers;
- names and contact information for possible witnesses;
- your own written notes about what happened, prepared for your lawyer only.

Is what you tell us confidential?
Your consultation with our attorneys is confidential. You can speak openly about your situation so we can give you accurate advice.
Please be careful with written messages sent through the website, though. Contacting us through this site does not by itself create an attorney-client relationship, so do not send confidential details through the online form until we have spoken and an attorney-client relationship has been established. Where do we meet clients?
Our office is at 4224 Florida Ave., Suite 6, in Kenner, in Jefferson Parish. It is a convenient base for courts across the region, including the courts in New Orleans, Gretna, Metairie and the north shore. If coming to the office is hard for you, we also offer remote consultations.
